In memory of Jack Woodford
Jack Woodford (1894–1971) was a successful pulp novelist and non-fiction author of the 1930s and 1940s. He wrote unique books on writing and getting published. Most famously, Woodford authored Trial and Error which caused something of a scandal at the time of publication because of its no-holds-barred insights into the publishing industry. Among the many famous contemporaries Woodford befriended, the most notable are H. L. Mencken, writer/satirist James Branch Cabell, novelist Sherwood Anderson, composer George Antheil, and poet Ezra Pound. Woodford wrote a piece that was published in Pound’s early Exile magazine. He also accompanied Winston Churchill when the former Prime Minister visited New York City.
Woodford founded Jack Woodford Press in the 1930s and the company's work was distributed by Citadel in the 1940s.

Tony and Kat are two brothers living in the Amazon forest and searching a mysterious cat breeds, the Shadow Cats. They are financing by a strange millionaire who has his own interest in stake. Tony and Kat are grown in the Forest, since their parents lead the research before them, and when they were killed, Tony takes the commanding role. But he has his secrets and also some problems with memory: he returned in USA six years before and spent half a year there only to return in Peru and don't remember nothing of the previous six months. Plus since then, everytime he kisses a man (Tony is gay...), he erases the memory of his partner.

More I read an author, more I think to be able to know him/her. J.J. Massa likes the alpha/omega couple, both in physic than in behavior. Here we have Ben, a shy personal assistant who is still surprise to being invited to his boss' wedding, and Grier, the best friend of the groom. Grier is an older and wealthy business man, strong and self conscious. When he sees little Ben, he thinks to have found a way to spend leisurely time till the wedding. All the wedding party will last a week in a beach house and Grier manages to share a room with Ben and starts his seduction.
