2020-2021 Rainbow Awards Honorable Mention: JT’s Mission (Valhalla Warriors #2)

JT’s Mission (Valhalla Warriors #2) by Rosie Jarvis

I had not read this author before getting this book so i was not sure what to expect. I am glad i was given a chance to read this book, however as it has made me a fan of this author. I really loved the characters and found myself staying up late to see what would happen. I can not wait for the rest of the series to come out.

2020-2021 Rainbow Awards Honorable Mention: You Had One Job

You Had One Job by L.A. Witt & Cari Z.

I have enjoyed books by both these authors so was curious as to how this one would play out. Needless to say i should not have worried. Pulled in from the beginning this book with its wonderful characters, as well as twists and turns really kept me reading. I would love to see more stories set in this world and hope the authors will have a follow up to it soon.

2020-2021 Rainbow Awards Honorable Mention: The Imperative of Desire (Passing Rites #1)

The Imperative of Desire (Passing Rites #1) by Elena Graf

A long read, a bit dry in places but casually engaging, with a character-driven story that held my interest.
