Sing My Crush (2023)

 If not for the fact I have seen too many series, I would have probably given Sing My Crush a higher rank in my favorite list. Thinking about it I cannot really find huge faults, the main male leads are cute, they love and support each other, they are right for each other... Sure, there is the usual thrope about the friendship that is bordering on relationship, and they both need to grasp this new reality. And there is the villain, who in this case is really evil (on personality more than actions) even if his exterior is angelic. Overall it was a nice series, and the singing was good. HEA. Stay by My Side (2023)

 Stay by My Side was really funny, even if dealing with ghosts, the horror aspect was more comedy than drama. The real surprise was that, at first, I didn't think the couple Gu Bu Xia and Jiang Chi would work. But I was completely wrong, they were quite sweet together, and it was also funny the interaction they had with their fellow college students. I also liked that Jiang Chi didn't reject Gu Bu Xia once he knows about their link, and instead he is supportive of him. Something that I really didn't get is Jiang Chi's estrangement from his family, and the reason why he didn't follow on their steps... but this is really a minor issue that is not removing much to my enjoyment of the story. Step by Step (2023)

 Step by Step had a huge potential, but again for me it was average. I really like the choice of the actor for Jeng, for once a different physical type from the other thai series I saw, and I cannot deny he is sexy, but even if they played this card well, the story was mostly confusing, I didn't like the ending, that, even if happy, it was unnecessarily delayed according to me. So, yes, if you just want a sexy couple, and some sexy interludes, this is a good one. HEA. You can see it on GagaOOLala, Viki and WeTV. Heat Level: 4/6.

Trillion Game (2023)

 Trillion Game is not BL but it's a bromance. Said that, if you ask me, the relationship between Haru and Gaku is way more satisfying than many romance I have seen. The sweet and proud glances that Haru dedicate to Gaku are worth more than one hundred heated kisses. And how Haru plays, but does not flirt, with the strong female character is one proof more that his only interest relies on Gaku. The story is of course exaggerated like many Japanese drama, and it's more comic than serious, nevertheless it was cute. HEA. You can see it on Netflix. Heat Level: 1/6.
