Not that I'm really interested, since the last time I played online was with a bidimensional version of Sin City, but today I stumbled across this video game, Hunks Workshop, by FutureGames.

Hunks Workshop is a yaoi video game but it's not a "BL" one. This game is geared more towards gay men and features muscular guys. This type of artwork is often called by the name "bara" (Yaoi targeted at gay men) among anime fans (but not necessarily in Japan).

The artwork from this game is by a great artist by the name of Masanori. 

I only found the company website in Japanese, so I didn't understand what is the scope of the game... but from the images below, I think one of the target is to "introduce" the characters!

Well, I find more interesting the pics than the game... above all since I'm not used to japanese art with muscular guys...

Ooh, that's totally up my alley, Elisa. I love that drawing style, I love hunky anime guys, and yummy uniforms are the icing on the cake. I wonder if it's a console game or just for PC. I would try it out just for the imaginary beefcake.

I didn't understand nothing on the company website, but an italian blogger said that he downloaded a trial, so I imagine it's available for PC. Don't know for console. Let me know if you discover something more. Elisa

I'm thinking about ordering the game and found these informations on the Rainbow Shoppers (http://www.rainbow-shoppers.com/en/) website:

- Written in JAPANESE
- OS : Windows 98/Me/2000/XP
- CPU : over Windows Pentium 2 233Mhz
- MEMORY : over 64 MB
- HD : over 640 MB
- Graphick : over 40×480 65536 colors

Yeah, you're right! I just installed the demo and I don't understand a word. But it's managable somehow. If in doubt just click on anything that is clickable. ;-)

And the drawings are great. Even though I haven't found a sex scene yet. :o)

But I guess I won't buy it. It sucks that it is only in Japanese.
