Windstar by Charlotte Boyett-Compo

Angela is a 55 years old lady, mother of two son and newly divorced, that accepts to be an in-live housekeepr for Rory, a 35 year olf famous actor.

Rory is funny and open, but is loudy behaviour hides a cronic fear to be alone. He needs Angela in his life, not only to manage his home, but also to compel him to be a better man.

But Angela can't possible believe Rory's interest be real, and treats him like one of her sons, even if her desire grown deeper.

And then Rory persuades Angela of his love, but real life is behind the corner to struck them...

A very interesting story who begins lightly and ends wih a tinge of drama; the authors deals well and in a realistic way with a plot not so simple.

I don't like men cheating (also women) and even if Rory in some way made up for it, still leave me with a bitter taste in my mouth. And yes, maybe it is a little too short, but I have to say that the author succeeded to built a well-thought plot in few pages.
