I was trying to figure out the man without pants also. No clue there.

Loved the man/judge with the top hat drinking tea from a china cup. So very British - LOL.

Those are shirt stays. They are used to make your shirt look very flat. My husband wore them in the Navy sometimes. (he was an RDC, which is essentially a drill instructor. They have to look starchy.) Usually you have pants over them!
