Are you trying to find a story?

I decided to help [livejournal.com profile] ebook_finder  in promoting this new community. It's NOT an ebook sharing community, it's more a place where you can go and find info on gay themed ebooks. I have quite an obsession with archiving and tag, so sincerely, not often I forgot a story or an author, but it happened sometime that a friend wrote asking me if I was able to help him remembering a specific book he read and "lost". So here you go, the community is new and will love to have members. I will watch it. See if something nice will start.

So far they have already helped someone to "find" The Vanguard by T.A. Chase.

Are you trying to find a story?

Maybe you've already read it... Maybe you planned to read it... But you can't remember the title or the author... Maybe you're in the mood for a certain theme... Maybe you want something similar to what you've just read...

Don't pull your hair out! Just post whatever details you remember here. Hopefully, someone can help you find it.

The community is devoted to gay novels.

The One Rule so far... Please do NOT ask for copies, download links, or sources (i.e., websites, communities, etc.) of pirated ebooks. I specifically asked to [livejournal.com profile] ebook_finder , the founder of the community, and this is the reply: "Please do not message me asking if I will be "sharing" ebooks. The answer is obviously NO. Believe me, I understand what it's like to be broke and unable to buy a book. Personally, I have not been able to afford my "ebook habit" for over six months, well over. So, I've been re-reading my collection. Hence, my inspired idea to create this community.

This community is here to help you find that ebook you bought with your hard-earned money (or someone bought for you as a gift). You have it on your laptop, kindle, etc. However, you can't remember the title or author. Have you ever tried using a search engine to find a gay ebook based on a few keywords? It's brutal. Instead, post whatever you recall about it here, and a member will help you find the title and author. Then, you can go to your storage/reading device, open it up, and settle in for a good read!

Maybe there's an ebook you planned to buy, but haven't for some unspecified reason. Sadly, you forgot the title, author, and publisher. There are quite a few ebook publishers around nowadays. You are overwhelmed at the thought of checking all of them, especially if it's been a few months. Post the details here, and a member will help you find the title and author. Voila, you can go spend some money!

Do you ever get in the mood for a specific theme? Like ebooks about shapeshifters or librarians or meeting a guy at work. Did you just finish an awesome ebook and want to read others similar to it in some way? Ask here and get various titles from fellow members. Some might already be in your personal library. Off you go to re-read them. As for the ones that aren't, it's a great way to get ideas on ebooks to purchase."
