1) This is the sequel to Pirated and chronicles the healing of a marriage between the sea captain, Tina, and her wife Clare, after a serious schism. The historical and nautical details are excellent as well as the character development. The one quibble is the author’s insistence on another cliffhanger ending which feels manipulative.
