A vote for Fire Season by Lex Valentine. She is a new author and it was her first M/M novel.

Actually Fire Season was the third in a series. I don't think it's her debut fiction. You can correct me if I'm wrong. Elisa

Ahh. I misunderstood then. Didn't realize it had to be the FIRST book ever the author had published. The way it was worded I thought it had to be a FIRST M/M by a new author, which it does fit. Sorry!

No worry. Yes, it's first debut fiction, not only in the M/M genre but in general. It's to give a window spot to authors that otherwise will be overwhelmed by more famous colleagues. Elisa
