The Rainbow Awards: Jury's Favorites

To give to as many authors as possible a chance to be read by the Jury and win the 2009 Rainbow Awards, only 1 book per author is allowed in Phase 3. But as I said Jury didn't know what other judges were doing, and so we have some authors that received more than one preference from the Jury.
