What Animal are you?

Oh, I like it!!!

You're a Tiger!

You've really earned your stripes. People like to sing about your eyes, which some find to be thrilling. You're rather fond of Detroit, as well as half the universities and high schools all across America. When people want to calm you down a bit, they use the word "easy". Overall, you're grrrrreat!

Take the Animal Quiz

Ciao Maximilian. I have forwarded your question to William. Here is his reply:

"Will look forward to hearing from Maximilian (one "L") if and when -- even if he's 27 and getting closer to my age by the minute (just kidding!).l

And certainly, at my age, I do "know something" -- if I could just remember what.

Very familiar with Visconti's Damned -- and, yes, did like it.l

Do you never sleep?!

Hugs (just because I like to be up close and personal with book-whore Italian women -- and/or men).

William (about to embark upon the writing of SUCKED! Book #1 of The Draqual Vampyre Chronicles.

And, oh yes, just because Maxmilian shyly opted out of the picture (if, maybe only for as long as it takes him to read one of my books ------- could be a long time --------- what with all the naps from boredom he's liable to take between pages), I still have your name on the incoming CALIFORNIA CREAMIN' and BOND-SHATTERING; although, I have to confess that they were "there" from the get-go.

ciao,
William"

So Maximilian, I have gained two books (I have said to him that I'm a book whore and never say no to a book...) :-)))

Hi, Elisa.
I was trying to write him but, after all, I have to read his books first. I say again, it's not fair to him. I can't discuss him about a book(eg,,"SS Mann Hunt") only judging from its cover.
But I know that he'll give me enough time, while I'll try to write him as soon as possible.

Yes, I knew that he likes "Damned". I'm a bit obsessed with "Night of the Long Knives " and W.Maltese must know it well. So that I said "He knows something..." There are a lot of subjects which I can't write on blog(and again, I believe that he knows why). To discuss them I must read his book, first must know his viewpoint.

>getting closer to my age by the minute
It's true, but I wonder if I can reach to his age. Astrology says that I'll die at my mid-forties. Knock the wood!
Joking aside, he has sense of younger people. I suppose it's due to his openness/frankness. Recently I realized that the people look older than their age behave like this, "Oh, I know everything or more than you. Don't preach me". They are aware of getting old and afraid that they can't understand younger people anymore.
Anyway, I like his jokes and I can imagine his writing style from what you said about them before.

I had forgotten about his real name(idiot!). Yes, it was said in your blog, in his interviews. "Lambert", French descent? I'm not sure. Maltese is good choice. But I'm on the side of "Teutonic Order"(I'm sure he knows what I'm saying).

>a book whore
Oh, it's a nice phrase.

Do you know what implies the title "CALIFORNIA CREAMIN'"? One is well-known song and the other... Oh, I'm blushing...

Maximilian-with one "l" :)

> >a book whore
> Oh, it's a nice phrase.

Maybe one year ago when people has began to ask me if I want to read and review their books, I'm shy to accept a book for free. I think the first person was really William and when he sent me a book I sent him back an illustrated book of Venice to thank him!!!

Now I always say: I'm a book whore so, if you want to gift me book, I never say no, but sometimes I can't read them.

> Do you know what implies the title "CALIFORNIA CREAMIN'"?

Ehm yes, but I never write it in my LJ!!! Here is what has written William in his biography:

"When I was young, we moved to California, land of surfboards, surfer shorts, surf sand, all beneath blue-blue surfer-boy-eyes skies. Providing me endless insights for telling tales of those blond-haired young studs who ride the waves and each other. "

> who ride the waves and each other

so it's pretty clear what means "creamin..." (don't blush!!!)
