Just a note, the big pine tree you see was a very little and ugly christmas tree my aunt decided it was not fit to be in her house. My mom, when she saw it had the root, told her to not threw it away, and she put it in our garden... my mother always rescued everything alive, stray cats, dogs, plants...

I was going through the blog and saw this. I must have missed it yesterday.

Beautiful photos. I've been nursing a small pine tree, but it's not doing as well as this one. We have a little snow here, too. About fourteen inches...lol.

And it's snowing again now. It went on all Saturday, then Sunday was good, so this morning I managed to go to work (I have 30/40 minutes by car to go to work), but right now, it's all again like Saturday, and I think tomorrow morning it will be impossible to go out. We will see, I have still 2 days at work before Christmas break.

And my mother has the green thumbs, nothing die with her ;-)
