Thanks to Alex Beecroft!

Thanks to Alex Beecroft [livejournal.com profile] alex_beecroft to add me as a friend. I'm very interested in reading your cooming soon release with Linden Bay Romance. Any idea of when it will be out?

Thanks, Elisa! It's still all new to me, so I'm rather bursting with enthusiasm. I only hope it will last.

Also it's such a thrill to think that people might want to actually read my book, that I can't help squeeing ;)

Oh, I definetely want to read it! Elisa

I too am waiting for your debut (right?). I hope Lindenbay will release print at the same time. But not likely. When I love a story, I want it in good old fashion paperback. And with most M/M released in e-book first, I have been spending too much :(

Yes, you are right. I often buy first the ebook and then the print book, I have no patience to wait for the print to arrive :-)

Hello! Wow! Allow me to squee over the fact that you want to read it too :) Hurray! And thank you :) Yes it is my debut into the world of professional writing, and as you can tell, I'm ever so excited!

I had the impression that Linden Bay were going with both ebook and print together, but I can't now remember where I got that impression from. I have to admit I've been hoping I would get my hands on a print version in January too. I hadn't thought that it might be still up to 8 weeks away! Woe! I hope not :)

Hi!

My own experience is that LBR runs print as close as possible to ebook, but the process takes longer because of the extra steps -- formatting for print and the actual printing itself. It's quicker than it used to be; when Ransom came out it was a 3-month lag, now it's only a month or so.

Ciao Lee. Glad to see you again! How is going your moving to north? Elisa

It's so good not to be doing 800-mile round trips every few weeks--the first week here it seemed as though I was sleeping half of every day. But my office is finally painted (tropical blue instead of swamp green) and the computer is set up. I just hope someone falls in love with our old house the way we did... and I hope we can get some fast-growing trees planted here, in spring.

And now back to writing!

Oh excellent! Thank you! I can probably wait a month or so, as long as I put that stuff on my nails to stop me biting them :)

You can ask about the print schedule for your book--if nothing else, it's good to know for your own promo activities.

Yes, you're right, I should. Even on a need to know basis, I need to know!

Can I second that 'I'm glad you're back'? I'm glad you're back both for the prospect of more books from you, and just because it's nice to have you around again :)
