I own this film (I'll avoid spoilers), and while it's definitely low budget, the film has a lot of heart. It's one of those movies where you need to overlook its imperfections and just enjoy. The DVD has a interesting commentary, and I almost wish there was a sequel. Nice location shots, music and a wonderful, heartfelt conflict between the brothers. I'll pull it out of my stack and watch it every six months or so. LouisaClark

Kate Steel's Thaw in Winter

This movie reminds me of the plot of Kate Steel's book, Thaw in Winter, which was a wonderful amnesia story with a twist. There's also a sequel called Darling Brat that is so sexy and hot it'll singe your eyebrows.

Thanks for the movie reco, Elisa!
