Yaoi-Con 2008

All right, it's official, I have bribed my best friend, and travelling partner, to go to California next September, and be in San Francisco the last weekend during the Yaoi-Con 2008.

So, friends, will I find someone of you in San Francisco? I will be happy to take a real cup of coffee together!

Don't know yet. They haven't got the site up and running for all that yet. We were going to pitch one when they open the call for them. I'm also waiting to snag a table as soon as they start that round as well.

They have a dealer's room with all sorts of goodies to sell. We get a dealer's table and sell books for two days. Last year I sold all five of Twice the Cowboy,Twice the Ride I brought in the first 4 hours, Jet sold 25 copes of Heaven Sent. Of all the books we went with we only had one left over at the end.

Anne Cain, JL Langley, and Kimberly Gardner are also hoping to come to it too.

I have spoken some minutes ago with J.L. She will come cause she has a booksigning in a big gay bookstore in San Francisco, so she will do both thing. And if also Anne and Kimberly will be there, wow, I will be an happy woman.

My friend says she will leave me alone, she is not interested in the Con, so I will wandering alone on the Con.

wow..sounds interesting with so many of my favorite authors plan on attending the yaoi con! Btw, when is the yaoi con will starts in September? I'm thinking of going there, just need to plan ahead since it will be a long journey to go there :)

I'll be there. I may be at the Manloveromance table if they need help or the Dreamspinner Press table. I've never gone before and am very excited. I'd love to share a cup of coffee - if you don't mind me drinking tea. ;)

I'll also be at the Yaoi Jamboree in Arizona in June.

I only know it will be the last week of September. The site for 2008 edition is still under construction, but they have posted the date, September 26-28
