On Cruise, day 3 - afternoon: Mykonos

Without doubt, Mykonos is the most beautiful, colorful and pretty of the islands I have seen till now. It's like a little jewel, with a labyrinth of narrow passages and beatiful beaches.

MYKONOS!!!! :-D God, I love that island so much. I went there for a few days in 2001 with a school trip and this was the highlight of the trip for me, standing out in my memory like a shiny jewel - it IS the right word for it. I remember those huge pink pelicans walking around the harbour, long wings trailing beside them, and the squid drying on 'clotheslines' above your head across the streets! Plus, there was the nigthtlife, and the cracked little roads we explored on rented scooters. Oh, yeah. I am glad you thought Mykonos beautiful too. :) The other posters are right by the way, you do take gorgeous pictures.

Thank you Mary, I didn't see the pelicans, maybe they were sleeping ;-) We spent only a night there, but I think I'd like to come back again.
