Jay Brannan (born March 29, 1982) is an American singer-songwriter and actor. He was born in Texas, briefly studied in Ohio, and moved to California to become an actor. Brannan appeared in the 2006 movie Shortbus, which included one of his songs in its soundtrack, and began to build a fan base by performing on YouTube. He released an EP and acted in Holding Trevor in 2007 and has since toured and released two albums.

Sadly, no. His only date close to me is this weekend at Boston, but we're getting ready to go away on holidays, so I can't. It KILLS me that he's so close and I'm not there.

It really is, but we don't get to go away-away like this very often and there's much to do to prepare (packing, BAKING ZOMG), so yeah. So sad. He's only a few hours away!
