Brilliant photos and I love the cats. Thanks for posting.

the painting is Le Nozze di Cana by Veronese, it's huge, but I liked the cat (that was a small detail...)

After seeing your photo, I'd came to an understanding: same sceneries but with a profesional photographer = world apart images.

Thank you for sharing <3

I visited Paris in the autumn a few years ago. I remember stepping outside the metro station and searching the Eiffel Tower and the top was not visible because it was lost in the clouds. I didn't know if I was more disappointed or in awe. Beautiful pics! :)

Well, then your pictures are similar to the one by my mother!

Exactly! :)

Far too long since we've been to Paris. Love the place!

Looks like you're having a great time.

[identity profile] elisa-rolle.livejournal.com 2012-07-24 06:56 pm (UTC)(link)
we did, but I'm already back home ;-)

[identity profile] lisa-thecat.livejournal.com 2012-07-24 04:40 pm (UTC)(link)
Wow, what gorgeous pics! It seems you had a great time! What is the situation there - are you allowed to take pics inside museums?

[identity profile] elisa-rolle.livejournal.com 2012-07-24 06:56 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes, and I thought it was really strange

Gorgeous pictures! I didn't realize there was water around the Louvre.

[identity profile] elisa-rolle.livejournal.com 2012-07-24 07:33 pm (UTC)(link)
it's a fountain around the Pyramid of I.M. Pei. Maybe it was not there when you went?

Ah, I've never been only seen pictures. Did you go inside?

[identity profile] elisa-rolle.livejournal.com 2012-07-24 07:44 pm (UTC)(link)
yes, Monalisa by Leonardo, Wedding of Cana by Veronese, St Sebastian by Mantegna, Nike di Samotracia and Venere di Milo... it was enough for one day LOL!
