so, this is my present to myself, a "torture" 3 times a week for 3 months now with a personal trainer and a dietician... 10 kg down and we are not even at the mid of the track, but... can you tell the difference? I don't notice so much but people say yes :-( Well in any case, I asked to have at least 1 piece of cake for my birthday!!!

I can tell a difference. You look great! I'm the same way, though. Whenever I lose weight other people will notice, but I can't really tell. It's just because you see it come off so gradually, and we tend to be our harshest critics :).

if I really look close, I can see the face is less rounded, and maybe the neck is slightly better. I would like to be really able to see first look, but maybe that will come in another 10 kgs or so LOL
