so, this is my present to myself, a "torture" 3 times a week for 3 months now with a personal trainer and a dietician... 10 kg down and we are not even at the mid of the track, but... can you tell the difference? I don't notice so much but people say yes :-( Well in any case, I asked to have at least 1 piece of cake for my birthday!!!

I can tell a difference. You look great! I'm the same way, though. Whenever I lose weight other people will notice, but I can't really tell. It's just because you see it come off so gradually, and we tend to be our harshest critics :).

I can imagine that it's hard to notice changes when they're not drastic. Working out the way you have, though, I can imagine that you've experienced how clothes might be fitting different, etc.

FWIW, I do notice some difference between your "Before" and "After" pic. Way to go for taking care of your body. :)
