Date: 2012-07-25 12:09 am (UTC)I can imagine that it's hard to notice changes when they're not drastic. Working out the way you have, though, I can imagine that you've experienced how clothes might be fitting different, etc.
FWIW, I do notice some difference between your "Before" and "After" pic. Way to go for taking care of your body. :)
