so, this is my present to myself, a "torture" 3 times a week for 3 months now with a personal trainer and a dietician... 10 kg down and we are not even at the mid of the track, but... can you tell the difference? I don't notice so much but people say yes :-( Well in any case, I asked to have at least 1 piece of cake for my birthday!!!

it's really hard, but it's good to enter in an "ordinary" shop and be able to buy clothes!
