so, this is my present to myself, a "torture" 3 times a week for 3 months now with a personal trainer and a dietician... 10 kg down and we are not even at the mid of the track, but... can you tell the difference? I don't notice so much but people say yes :-( Well in any case, I asked to have at least 1 piece of cake for my birthday!!!

yes, the clothes are fitting better, and my colleagues told me they see the difference, but for me it's still a little hard to notice. But usually I don't like to take my picture, and instead in Paris I took THREE and they are all good LOL
