so, this is my present to myself, a "torture" 3 times a week for 3 months now with a personal trainer and a dietician... 10 kg down and we are not even at the mid of the track, but... can you tell the difference? I don't notice so much but people say yes :-( Well in any case, I asked to have at least 1 piece of cake for my birthday!!!

Thank you James, from the last time we saw face to face in San Francisco and LA, I gained 10 kg, so there is no much difference for you LOL, but I hope to loose some more for the time we will meet in New Mexico.
