Tin Tem Jai (2023)

 Tin Tem Jai is another of those series set in Thai countryland and therefore the feeling is completely different from my "western" standard. Said that this series is cute and funny, even if I didn't like much how they want to make Tin appear as this completely clueless boy; for example the sex scene with Tin worrying about Park losing interest in him since he had an erection was awkward, sincerely it appears like Park was a predator instead of a boyfriend. HEA. You can see it on GagaOOLala, iQIYI and Viki. Heat Level: 4/6.

Coffee Melody (2022)

 Coffee Melody wasn't particular outstanding, but it was enough cute and nice to be a comforting watching. Duan Yi and Pleng Ruk are a well balanced couple, meaning that where Duan Yi is more accomplished in success, Pleng Ruk is for sure more mature and has this awareness around him that makes him interesting to Duan Yi's eyes from moment one. It's Duan Yi who pursues him, with no much resistance on Pleng Ruk's side. It's true, this series has not a well developed plot, it's sort of bland. Said that, "Pavel" Naret Promphaopun is enough eye candy to give you entertainment. HEA. You can see it on iQIYI and Viki. Heat Level: 4/6.

Hard Love Mission (2022)

 I think Hard Love Mission is a missed opportunity. The pair of Yoshi and Putter had a lot of potential (I love myself the height difference, there are a lot of dynamics you can develop) but in the end they didn't develop much the relationship, and the plot was sort of meh. I suppose the setting in a vacation island should have made it interesting, but instead, again, I sort of felt like this was an advert for the local tourist office. HEA. You can see it on WeTV. Heat Level: 2/6.

Happy Crappy Life by Harada

 

After his boss discovers that he has been having sex with his daughter, Kyoutarou gets is transferred from his high-powered job in the big city to a ho-hum position in the Japanese countryside. Obviously his first intentions upon being transferred are to return to Tokyo as soon as possible, but after . he realizes that everyone in his new village knows exactly why he was demoted he loses all hope for his future...but still finds it in his heart to embrace who he is - a ne'er-do-well with a love for a certain type of sex!
