East Coast Day 2: Philadelphia

Today was the classical "tourist" day. A lot of walking around the city, taking pictures and looking at window, and this is the reason why, at 4 p.m. I'm already in my hotel room, I'm devasted ;-) And I decided to take a nap and go out tonight fully rested. This morning we visited Fairmont Park and sightseeing some colonial villas. Pity they were closed, maybe it was too early or maybe it was the Labor weekend thing... I don't know. Anyway they were pretty even from outside. I really enjoyed the City Center of Philly, even if it was really hot. And the Old City was really enchanting but maybe a bit too much crowded of tourists, Philly people are very gentle, and I will leave tomorrow for Connecticut with a really good impression.

Unfortunately not, I was there at 9.30 a.m. and they opened at 10.30. I was with a friend, and we were visiting, so in the end, I didn't have the change to stop again later and now I'm in Connecticut. It will be for another time. Elisa
