Gay Commercial: Hyundai

Commercials for cars aimed to the LGBT community seem to be pretty common, and they are usual quite good. But they are always for pretty and small cars, I think it will be interesting to see when the cars will become bigger and stronger, family cars... it will mark not only a change in the automotive market.

I have to say calling lesbians lesbos is up there with calling gay men queers or poofs, I understand from your reviews and interests that you're a very progressive person but in this case and with this language, it says the opposite.

Sorry that is for sure due to my lack of language skill. I didn't know it was a derogative term, I will change it immediately.

ETA: In Italian "lesbo" is an adjective you put in front of the word, sort of abbreviation for "lesbian", so I didn't know it has a bad meaning in English.

I had thought it may be a language gap after I had posted (I admit I posted when upset, I'm sorry) so I'm glad to learn that that is true, thank you for telling me that it was and being understanding about the English meaning.

English can be quite a tricky language with the meaning of words changing constantly. I'm sure I'd have just as many problems learning Italian.
