2017 Rainbow Awards Honorable Mention: More Than a Song Chris Paynter

1) Realistic and well written. I liked the story and the plot development. It's a really good book that does everything well, but still is not the author best work in my opinion. Probably I would have give the book more points if i had not in mind some of the author works that are definitely more memorable.

1) Very good book, I read it all in one sitting and I didn't mind it at all. I enjoyed most of all that this book was not full of dramas and misunderstandings between the two protagonists that can slow down the story too much and make the story not so realistic in the end. The story is simple and not really original but yet it has enough peculiar things that make the read interesting. Job well done for sure!
2) Great read.  Story line ran smoothly with just enough melodrama to keep it interesting.  The characters seem to leap off the page like I'm living next door to them and are lifelike.  I can't wait to read more by this author.

2) I found myself getting caught up in each individual story. The characters held my interest and I loved finding out about their lives.

1) Excellent pacing, well-rounded characters, and while the subject matter is not light and fluffy, it is handled well and believable, and the writing is so addictive I had trouble putting the book down.
