HIStory2: Right or Wrong (2018)

 If we remove from the picture the fact that I think it's really impossible for a college professor to hire, and then have a relationship, with one of his own students, Right or Wrong was nice. I really loved the role of the older Shi Yi Jie who first save and then comfort a teenager Fei Sheng Zhe. Again, it's probably impossible for Shi Yi Jie to not remember his first encounter with Fei Sheng Zhe, but let this second unrealistic point aside Even grumpy professor Shi Yi Jie is eye candy material, and it's not surprise that Fei Sheng Zhe is holding a candle for him. Shi Yi Jie is basically his knight in a shining armour (even drunk and disheveled...). HEA. You can see it on Viki. Heat Level: 3/6.

Love by Chance (2018)

 With Love by Chance I think I'm touching a mainstaple of BL history. So I'm a little scared in saying that, well, it's not really my favorite... I didn't like the character of Pete, sorry, he was so meak that I really wanted to shake and yell at him most of the time; Ae was better, I like the actor Perth Tanapon Sukumpantanasan here and in other productions I have seen. My favorite couples are Tin and Can, but probably cause I had the chance to like them in A Chance to Love. I prefer not to comment on Kengkla and Techno and on Tum and Tar... So, well, it's probably a must see on BL series set on college. HEA. You can see it on iQIYI and Viki. Heat Level: 4/6.

Ossan's Love (2018)

 I understand that Ossan's Love is following the Japanese comedy style, but sometime it came out too much like being fake rather than comic. Anyway I liked the relationship between Haruta Soichi and Maki Ryota, when Maki corners Haruta in the shower and make his "dirty" declaration, I was jumping on the seat saying Oh yeah, now we are talking right guys... but that was basically my only high for the series. I saw both the season 1 and the movie, Love or Dead, following it, and I enjoyed how the different characters fight for conquer the love of Haruta, but truth be told, I missed the romance elements, and yes, I'm talking about some intimate moments between Maki and Haruta. Even both ends of series and movie I had to rewatch them more than once to understand if it was an HEA (it was, but hardly satisfying...). You can see it on GagaOOLala and Viki. Heat Level: 2/6.
