While watching other BL series, I noticed they often mention SOTUS, so I suppose it was quite earth breaking when it came out. SOTUS is basically revolving the cards on the Senior and junior thrope, and here it's the junior who is the seme. More, the junior is also the one that he was supposedly asked to respect the SOTUS system, and Arthit, the senior, is in charge of it. Lets say that the starting point of the series, with Kong declaring that he will gain the gear of Arthit making him his wife, was quite perfect. But I think the rest of the series was dragged a little too much, all in all I think it would have been perfect if shorter. And season 2, SOTUS S, didn't really added anything interesting to the story, just dragged even more it. HEA. You can see it on Youtube. Heat Level: 3/6. Please notice that the actor playing Kong is way more handsome than what he appears in the poster.

I have often heard people complain about the Together with Me series and I can understand why: season 1 have basically a rape scene, and in season 2 (the Next Chapter) there is a cheating... Therefore I wondered if recommending it. I chose to do it, cause, in the end, this is one of the few series where the main leads are very physical with each other, and this is in line with their role: the relationship between Korn and Knock starts from an heated and drunk sexual encounter, and from that event, shacking both men, they have to find a new equilibrium. Korn is gay, Knock is not, and Korn basically rapes Knock... they are both drunk, but yes, it's difficult to justify Korn, even if, in the end, they fall in love. The rape is not violent, just shocking for the viewer because you would not expect it from Korn. HEA. You can see it on Netflix. Heat Level: 4/6.

OK, this was really hard to see. The relationship between An Zi Yan and Mai Ding is quite toxic, at times An Zi Yan treats Mai Ding as an object, and I think that, deep down, he feels that Mai Ding, who is gay, is sort of inferior to him. So why I'm recommending it? because this is, I think, the only Chinese production with a gay theme that is not hidden behind other layers. Actually the sex scene between An Zi Yan and Mai Ding is almost pornographic. So yes, if you want to see something completely different coming out from China, give it a try. Be aware of the order, these are 4 movies: 1) Like Love 2) I love You As A Man: Part 1 3) I love You As A Man: Part 2 4) He is Next to You. HEA. Heat Level: 6/6.

My New Boss is Goofy is a charming anime about Japanese office workers. It's not really a love story per se, even if it's clear to everyone that Momose has fallen in love for Shirosaki, but it's for sure appealing to all romance lovers out there. One of the coworkers is bisexual, but this is not stressed out like something out of ordinary, it just came out while browsing his Instagram feed, and saying, this is my old-girlfriend, this is my old-boyfriend. At first Momose is surprise, but then everything remains on the same level. There is even an entire episode dedicated to the time Shirosaki adopted an abandoned kitten, and it's all from the perspective of the kitten. So sweet. Highly reccomended. You can see it on Crunchyroll.
