Cosmetic Playlover (2024)

 For me Cosmetic Playlover, as a drama, was cute. I enjoyed it a lot and the 4 hours lenght made it possible to see it in one session. Both main charaters are sweet, sort of being on the brink between young and adult, at least with their emotions. They were true to their feelings, Natsume is gay, even if I think to understand he is also a virgin, and Sahashi is bisexual, at least this is what other people say to Natsume. Why I'm not sure about it? because as in many Japanese drama, they do but they don't tell. Japanese tends to be reserved. And this is also in the sexy part of this drama: the Manga is very erotic, they have sex in the first chapter, when I read it I was actually pretty much surprise because even for a Yaoi Manga that was quite soon. In the drama I think they have sex towards the middle of the story, but we see them kiss then closed door till the morning when they wake up embraced in the same bed (and that is the only skin we see). Said that, it's not that the lack of sex scene made this drama less good, as I said at the beginning it was sweet and cute, interesting enough to let me enjoy 4 hours without skipping or doing something else.
