I just added a new post to the "Chatting with" series on "Rosa is for Romance".

Anna Campbell: From Australia to Italy with Love!

"Buon giorno, miei amici! I can’t tell you how excited I am that my debut historical romance CLAIMING THE COURTESAN comes out in Italy in June as IL CUORE DI UNA CORTIGIANA. Isn’t that a lovely title? It sounds like music!

CLAIMING THE COURTESAN tells the tempestuous love story of Justin Kinmurrie, the Duke of Kylemore, and his mistress, the notorious courtesan Soraya. When Kylemore proposes marriage to Soraya, she rejects him and disappears. She has long planned to disappear into obscurity and resume her real identity as Verity Ashton. But the duke tracks her down and kidnaps her to his hunting lodge in the Scottish Highlands where he vows to bend her to his will. But in this hidden secret valley, both Verity and Kylemore learn that love is the strongest master of all."

This book has been recommended to me and I really need to go get it. I need to find out what 'the scene' everyone finds so controversial. I might even be talking about the wrong Cambpell book..

I don't know if they refer to a particularly scene, but all the book has a strong connotation, the hero is very "alpha" male.
