For Love of Etarin by Naomi Brooks & Angelia Sparrow

Ruvane is a lonely spacer. Orphan and without a planet to call home, he minds his business with the only company of a cat and the love for his spaceship. Then he trades with a Lizard breed of an alien planet and he is inviting to share their dinner. And there he meets etarin, a beautiful eunuch holds like a pet by the lizards. Etarin is ethereal and gentle, he really doens't hope for nothing cause he doesn't know that he could have a life different than his actual. And so when Ruvane asks him to fly to a distant place he only can say yes and follow this big stanger who is always so tender and caring with him.

Ruvane has a rought looks but a gentle soul. He is enchanted by Etarin, but he is good enough to plan accurately his moves to set him free. And other than plan to free him, he wants also to learn how to pleasure him. Being eunuch, it's rather difficult for Etarin to enjoy sex, but Ruvane has no intention to be the only one to enjoy their time together.

It's really interesting to see the growth of Etarin from kept boy to free man. And also to see how he learns to ask and exprime his own desire. And Ruvane is a very nice character, not at all the strong but sometime dull spacer we are used to read.

The story is not very long, less than 70 pages, but it's really romantic, not the usual story I'm expecting from Ellora's Cave (know for very explicit tales).
