When Eeirena is summoned by her brother Eeian for help regarding his mate, Thomas, she is at first resentful that he has found the man he is destined to be with. But when she begins to have visions and dreams about her own mate, who lives in the human realm, Eeirena searches high and low for a solution. Finally finding the answer she races through the veil, where she collides with her brother Eeian, closing off the veil to anyone wanting to enter and limiting those who want to leave to other locations. Eeirena also comes through the veil as a man and becomes Eeiren, something he always felt he was meant to be.
Philip Sands enjoyed his job as a manager at McDonald's. He enjoyed the home he owned in Tonawanda. He didn't enjoy being single and alone and dreaming about the man of his dreams. So when Eeiren steps into his store, Philip finds himself instantly smitten and desperate for the man he's been dreaming about for a long time.
But when Philip finds out Eeiren's many secrets: that he's Fae, royalty, a Seer and used to be a woman, will he be able to handle it or will he reject his mate, thereby putting Eeiren's life at risk? Or will he realize that in the end all that matters is that Eeiren is living his truth? And when secrets are revealed about Philip's own past, will he be able to handle the information his own parents kept from him and will that affect him taking his place at Eeiren's side as they continue to search for the people responsible for abducting paranormals, supernaturals, and magicals and selling them off?

An almost “domestic” paranormal romance, it had the feeling to be more homemade pie than extravagant cocktail. Maybe it was also due to the setting, and enclosed apartment building sharing a common garden. Kyle moved in some months ago but he has never really made friends with the other neighbors, even if he is very attracted to Tobias. Then one night something happens, and the morning after Tobias is all friendly, and almost forcing Kyle to accept a dinner party invitation in his home. From that dinner, Kyle’s life will never be the same, but sincerely, I don’t think he is really troubled by that.

The nice shift in the usual common trend of shapeshifters meeting their mates is given by Kyle being a Vegan; when he is turned, Kyle doesn’t want to renounce to his principles, and it was really fun to read how the other werewolves were struggling to accept a vegan were; actually it seemed to bother them more than the fact that Kyle was gay and in love with their Alpha, in a way, they could accept a gay werewolf more than a vegan werewolf.

Also the relationship between Kyle and Tobias had a domestic feeling; even if Tobias is an Alpha wolf, he doesn’t really struck me as a bad boy, more like a strong man who had to cover for a necessary role. I’m pretty sure the author has more in store for Kyle and Tobias, and my feeling is that Kyle has some hidden quality not even him he is aware of. While Tobias is probably stronger in body, I had the feeling Kyle was way stronger in mind, and that he will uncover some surprises to the pack and to his mate in the following installment of the series.

A recent college grad devises to shoot a doc about the NYC nightlife scene in order to meet the go-go guy he’s cyber-obsessed with.

THE GO DOC PROJECT is a feature film - conceived as a hybrid of documentary & narrative forms - charting the evolution of a relationship between two young men. It's a no budget approach - minimal equipment & a crew of two - and this will give them ultimate freedom as they explore every aspect of the story & the relationship between the young men as it develops in front of them.

For three weeks in September and October, they'll follow the guys all over New York City with a camera - into cafes & bars, onto rooftops & dance floors & ultimately into their living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms & bedrooms. The excitement of not knowing exactly what they'll end up with is what it's all about. Following that, they'll shoot a series of interviews with them as well as with NYC nightlife luminaries.

In the fall, they'll dive into the next phase: post-production, with an early 2013 film festival premiere in mind.

They'd love your support as they turn two guys, a camera & an idea into exciting modern storytelling!
