Ahah I know what most of my friends were thinking, "we couldn't care less of Amazon, it's Monday and we WANT the Man Candy!". Sorry guys, I was really thinking to not post it this week, I believed that there were more important things to blog about, but then we received good news, books by Jane Davitt, Alex Sanchez, Alex Beecroft, Marquesate, Tamara Allen (and probably many more) have their sales rank back, the Search Engine on Amazon is starting to work normally again and so... also the Man Candy is back! You deserve a prize for all the work you did on these two days. erastes  the pic with the foil is especially for you, he isn't dressed in frilly garment, but he has an "ancient" taste, hasn't he?

Mathias Lauridsen (born January 13, 1984) is a male model from Copenhagen, Denmark and has been featured in numerous ad campaigns including: Missoni F/W 08, H&M F/W 08, Lacoste F/W 08, Bruuns Bazaar F/W 08, Free Soul F/W 08, Rogatis F/W 08, Givenchy S/S 08, Hugo Boss Black S/S 08, Hugo Boss S/S 08, Trussardi F/W 07, Marco Polo F/W 07, Costume National F/W 07, Gucci Pour Homme Fragrance S/S 07 (by Mert and Marcus), Jil Sander, and Hermès.
 
He was discovered in 2003 and is currently signed with Ford Models in Paris, New York Model Management and Scoop in Copenhagen. He is considered to be one of the best male models, and has landed many lucrative contracts, for example the Gucci Pour Homme II fragrance. His runway credentials include opening shows for Hermès, Belstaff, Jill Stuart and closing for both Valentino and John Galliano.
 
He has appeared in editorials for: Cover Magazine (A Matter of Grace by Kacper Kasprzyk), Numéro Homme (Spleen et Ideal by Liz Collins), Euroman (God Dag Far Ver by Dennis Stenild & New Modern Classics by Henrik Bulow), Ten Men Magazine (I Regretted Doing My Same Old Shy Act by Richard Bush), Another Man Magazine (From Decadence to Dystopia by Serge LeBlon), L'Uomo Vogue, Vogue Paris, GQ and Details. The photographers he has worked with include Karl Lagerfeld and Richard Avedon. Avedon photographed Lauridsen for a Hermes ad editorial in 2004 that proved to be one of the photographers last works.

He was on the cover of Euroman, October 2008, by Henrik Bulow.

He is currently ranked number 1 on models.com out of 50 other male models, and number 2 in the list of the most successful male models in the world, published by Forbes.

His distinguishing feature is a scar he has on his left cheek.

the first picture u have of mathias is already on my walls but thank u for the rest and the brief bio. i hope uve seen the long version of the gucci pour homme II commercial...its half a min with far too much bottle and far too little mathias in it, but regardless when he looks over, his eyes.............wow!!

Good God, almighty! He is gorgeous! I feel like a total cougar. I especially love the one where he's laying down with his arms stretched (with clothes). I think it's the second one. Of course the straw one is nice too
