Quite a thank you post and some other things

Many people asked me how I can find so many new authors and publishers. I can since there are some other publishers that help me giving me access to their new releases and doing so allow me to try and taste new grounds.

Those very kind publishers are (in alphabetical order): Changeling Press, Dreamspinner Press, Linden Bay Romance, MLR Press, Noble Romance Publishing, Phaze Books, Samhain Publishing. Plus Torquere Books allows me to choose one title per week on their releases.

There are other two publishers that are still in the limbo, Total-e-Bound and Ravenous Romance, since their review coordinators told me that I'm on their official reviewers list, but then I "lost" contact with them, and so I still have to receive any new release from them. Since there is the Romantic Times convention this month, it's possible that is a passing problem, but I don't know.

Other publishers instead kindly replied to me that their official reviewers list are full, and so they can't add any new site; those publishers are Amber Allure and Loose Id.

And then I have never receive any answer from Aspen Mountain Press, Cobblestone Press, Ellora's Cave, eXtasy Books, Liquid Silver Books, Red Rose Publishing. Truth be told of some of them I haven't a contact email, so I haven't asked.

So why this post? simply to say that, if you are an author who publishes with one of the publishers who kindly send me review copies (the bold ones), don't worry, I have your book and try to read it as soon as possible. Instead if you are an author of all the other publishers, I wouldn't mind if you can consider to add me to "your" personal reviewers list, since I'm sincere, I can't really buy all the books from all the publishers I would like to read, and if I have to choose between a new author / publisher and a known author / publisher, my choice goes to the first.

So my thank you goes to those bold publishers above since if my LiveJournal is nice and complete, it's also thanks to them.

ETA: Torquere Books and Amber Allure now added me to their official reviewers list with full access to their catalogue. Thank you also to them.

I try to favor new authors and publishers and this means that sometime I "lack" to read some author I know, not since they are not good, but since I have limited time and resources (more time than resources, but also the last is to be considered). I realize in some chats that authors were convinced that I received free copy from ALL the publishers, and this is not, and since I always say that I don't post on book that I don't like at all, some authors believed I didn't like their books, and maybe instead I simply didn't buy it since they came out in a week where I spent my "allowance" to taste other things. Actually I was a bit ashamed to write this post, but sincerely it was becoming quite impossible to follow ALL the authors and ALL the publishers alone by myself. And plus, I would really like to thanks the publishers that make my life easier. Elisa

I'd be happy to send you copies of any of my books when they release. We get plenty of author copies to use for review purposes and if you'd like I'll start sending you each new release. Just had one today if you want that one! :)
