The house is owned and operated by the Historic Beaufort Foundation as a historic house museum.

Found it! Juli left a comment on the Goodreads GRL thread that she'd had drinks with you one evening! Lots of attendees hiding in corners on that thread - think they've all moved to one now and are having a great time by the sounds of it
