Beautifully written alternating between potential heartbreak and joy. I found myself rooting for this couple almost from the moment they met. I love that although one is an obvious victim that needed healing their relationship actually lends to them both healing.
I am not one for BDSM, but this series is wonderful!!! The 2nd in a series, one does not have to read the first one to fully enjoy this one. An abused sub who knows too much, and is so in need of love & knowledge...a lonely Dom who isn't looking for permanence but is willing to help with rescue & healing...it is an enlightening & wonderful pairing!

Title says it all, HIV, PTSD, Double Amputee. Wow, thrust issues Jamie deals with, the terrors Tom deals with, both men support and contribute to the others problems so well by the end. They were meant to be. Brad brought some real life problems to life and showed us what we may never have to deal with but we should understand and support those that do. I cried and became so very angry at some of the people that Jamie and Tom had to deal with. Some people need slapped up-side the head.
