2016 Rainbow Awards Honorable Mention: Rain Shadow by L.A. Witt (007-02-16-2016)

L.A. Witt is always engaging, and this story was no different. Characterization is one of her strong suits, and while the two men in this story might not be my favorites of hers (Carter and Levi!), they still worked for me, as did the secondary characters. Plus I love the Bluewater Bay universe!
