Happy of the End (2024)

 When I saw they did a drama from the yaoi manga Happy of the End I was sort of surprise, since, while I liked a lot this one, it's very dark, very sad, and even if it has an Happy Ending, they go through hell to reach it. The manga is 2 volumes currently, but the 3rd one is already planned to come out in 2025; the drama is about the first volume, and yes, it's the darker one. From second volumes on the story is sort of lighter, giving you hope for these two men. I think that, if I haven't read the first 3 volumes together, based only on the first one, I would have not consider this story. But yes, I think it's worth to see; of course not if you have past experience of abuse, especially child abuse, cause here you see everything, and they do not try to hide it behind closed door. Also the sex between Chihiro and Keito it's more like therapy rather than romantic: they are trying to cure and save each other proving they are still alive and being able to feel something. Keito is not kind or caring with Chihiro, but he is also the only one who give Chihiro the feeling of being really wanted. So yes, I would not recommend this one to the fainted hearts, but for sure I'm recommending it. HEA. You can see it on GagaOOLala. Heat Level: 5/6.
