Just a question: How do you define "new author?" And what are the deadlines for publications? Does this go from 2008-2009, since we're only in October now?

New author is an author with his first book (ebook or print book) released between September 2008 (included) and August 2009 (included). Same period range for submission in the category: I will list in the New Author Category all those "new" authors who submitted a book for any of the other Categories. If I forgot someone (or if the author didn't identify him/herself as new), please tell me. Elisa
