East Coast Day 1: Philadelphia

First day, even if partial. I arrived at Philadelphia at 15.00 local time, for me it was 21.00. We decided to visit a bit without real purpose, just walking around. I also went to see where Giovanni's Room was, but obviously at 9 p.m. it was closed... probably tomorrow will try again. Anyway, my first impression is that I like Philadelphia. BTW, we ended to dinner in a semi-italian place Farmicia... Crabmeat and salads, no bad ;-)

I grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and went to college there-- I still think it is a great city. Glad to see you are enjoying it!

I think it's a good city for students, a lot of little neighborhoods you can walk an enjoy people. Elisa
