Today I was not feeling so well, probably I did stress too much in Boston, I'm not used to so much activity, and so in the morning, while visiting the old yard of Harvard, I really was not in the mood. Things got better in Salem: I was really expecting a tourist trap, and from some side it's, but if you try to look over all the witches gift shops, and go walking among the old houses, especially near the harbor, it's really a nice little town. I even enjoyed the old cemetery, that has nothing to do with the witches trial. After Salem we arrived to the Maine coast. Our first stop was Cape Neddik, the Nubble Lighthouse... it's small and enchanting. We then went to Ogunquit, but we didn't manage to find the harbor! Yes, really, we wandered among gift shops, restaurants and inns, all along a main road, but not sign how to reach the cove. It was getting late, and so we preferred to head out for York, where we are staying for the night. York Village was actually empty (and closed), and so we walked among the old houses (and churches and again cemeteries) all alone, not souls (alive or dead), around.
