On Cruise, day 2: Olympia

First day in Greece; sincerely the ruins of Olympia are not what I was expecting, but then, it's among the oldest archeological digs, and most of it was destroyed during an earthquake. Today was more a cultural stop, tomorrow I will see the typical seaside villages (I hope).

Where exactly are you heading at in Greece, just touring the most famous archaeological places? I am Greek and curious. Perhaps I could give you an insider tip if I know something extra? ;)

Santorini, Mykonos and Rhodes. Unfortunately this is a cruise, my mother has a disability, and this was my gift to her. It was easier like that, but I have to see what they want to show me :-(
